This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, cancelled, and handled by MadeToFrame. By placing an order on madetoframe.ca, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days.

In some cases, processing may take up to 7 business days depending on order volume, production time, or unforeseen delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if you contact us via email before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected processing time, cancellation may not always be available, but we may offer a solution at our discretion.


4. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

If processing exceeds 7 business days, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund of shipping costs or other solutions at our discretion.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (framed artwork and prints), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item is incorrect or defective

  • Order was not fulfilled correctly

All issues must be reported within 7 days after delivery.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


7. Shipping Costs Refunds

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

However, in certain cases (such as significant delays caused by us), shipping costs may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
